The Afternoon Session will focus on a topic that providers should always have on their minds, an accurate understanding of restricted and prohibited conditions.  A residential care setting can provide or arrange for a broad array of care and services. However, we do have limits on the types of health conditions that are allowed and who will provide the care.  We end with managing behavioral challenges which is typically a daily occurrence in residential care.
